1000$ пришло вывод пришло письмо что подтвердили , но пока не обработали жду как капитан на Титанике смотрящий на часы. Если подтвердят то останется 700$ так как 400$ уже вывели в пятницу. Если 1000$ обработают то можно считать казино честным.

Вывели из трёх платежей самый меньший+400$ , остальное ждать в течение 7 дней от сегодняшнего дня сказали по почте. Пока 50/50 то ли прикормка то ли выведут, дать точный отзыв о честности казино сможем только после вывода основных оставшихся сумм 500$ и 1000$ жду теперь.

We are not ignoring anyone but we have to handle each “case” in the order they come in so we have a good overview of everything that’s happening, also i will remove all your current ID documents because now it’s just a clutter of files. Please upload only one good copy of your passport and I will do my best to get everything approved as soon as possible. As I said they will confirm it to us tomorrow since this type of passport is new to us. But note about payments that depending on the amounts it can take different amounts of time to arrive under 1000Usd - 72 hours. Over 1000usd sometimes up to one week. This is not something I can affect.

Hi, If possible please keep communications in English it will make communication a lot faster. Is your passport what’s classified as an internal Russian passport used to travel only inside of Russia? We can see that Russia have two different types of passports with a great difference in expiration times as the international one have 5 or 10 years but the internal one may be valid for a lot longer, is this correct? The reason it may have been marked as expired is because the information about international passports have been used instead of the internal ones. There can be big differences about how valid identification papers work around the world and we are simply making sure that everything is as it should be. We have asked our Russian coworkers for input about these passports and will have an answer tomorrow so please be patient. Also for withdrawals above 1000 usd please allow up to a week to pass as our payments department want to ensure safe and thorough transactions.
